Draft for legal review
When you buy at Wumn’s checkout, these promises come with the piece. Each one links to the page that sets it out in full.
What do I know before I pay?
Who sells it: the seller’s business name, GST registration, address and customer care, under “Sold by”.
One total with its breakup, GST included, delivery free. Nothing is added later.
See Seller details and Every charge.
What if it does not fit, or I change my mind?
Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, under the shop’s rule shown before you buy.
An exchange for another size or colour is free.
See Returns & refunds.
What if it arrives damaged, wrong or not as shown?
It is always refunded if you ask, whatever the shop offers, and the postage is never yours.
A fault in a piece made to order is reported and Wumn decides a full or part refund.
See Faults and Made to order.
What if it is late, lost or cannot be delivered?
A late piece can be returned for a full refund. A lost parcel is refunded in full.
A delivery that fails twice comes back to the maker, and you are refunded in full.
Can I cancel?
Free, until the courier is booked. If the maker cancels, you are refunded in full and owe nothing.
A piece made to order: everything back until making starts, then at least 70% while it is made.
See Cancellations and Made to order.
How do refunds reach me?
Back the way you paid, within 7 working days. You never ask the maker for it.
Money taken but no order? We complete the order or refund you in full.
See Refunds and When your refund arrives.
Who helps if something goes wrong?
Wumn runs every complaint to the end, between you and the maker, with a ticket number and a date.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 always stay yours.
See Grievance redressal. Pay only at Wumn’s checkout: a payment outside it has none of these protections.
